The Work
Women arrive here not because their life may be falling apart, more often it is because they exhausted from how they are living their lives. They feel something stirring inside that is asking them to go inwards and really explore how they are showing up; for others and themselves. On the outside it may seem like everything is fine, but only they know what within, they are feeling dissatisfied or depleted, yearning for life to change yet unsure what the change looks or feels like.
Women come to Rebirthii for many reasons; carrying emotional tension they've never had the chance to release. Some feeling ready to understand themselves more deeply. Others recognising their must be more freedom, honesty and joy available in their lives that they are experiencing.

The Rebirthii Pathway offers women the support to redesign their lives; how they show up for themselves and others, how to build self-trust and connect to their inner voice and more importantly, how to liberate themselves from the versions of them that are outdated, without fear, just awareness and self-love
A Gentle Reminder
You do not need to arrive her with a perfect understanding of what you need, just a knowing that something has to shift. Many women begin with a breathwork journey, others join a gathering and its from here their journeys begin.
