A single session will not fix what years of sustained pressure have built. It will show your team what it feels like when the nervous system is finally given permission to release. 02. THE SOMATIC RESET PROGRAM

Format:
6-week program: breathwork, 1:1 mentoring, and a bridge into the Rebirthii sisterhood
Best starting point if: your team has already done a Reset Session, or you already know stress, burnout or presenteeism is a problem that a single day cannot reach.
The breath releases it. The mentoring integrates it. Your team doesn't do this alone, they join the same sisterhood that holds everyone else
UK presenteeism; employees working while unwell, now costs employers an estimated £103 billion a year, and the average employee loses 44days of productivity annually working through illness rather than taking it. A single workshop cannot reach a problem this structural.It needs the same three-stage process that sits at the centre ofeverything Rebirthii does. This is the only meaningful difference between this and a standard corporate wellbeing programme: it does not end when the programme ends.
